Implementation Services

We can tailor the implementation service to the needs of the Client:

- Development and delivery of the system/software to agreed design documents following successful acceptance testing,
- Engagement for Automation services to work with a wider team of Automation engineers to code/configure at the Clients facilities where the requirements may be subject to change.

We work to ensure delivery of the optimum solution through the rigorous application of recognised best practice.


System Testing and Commissioning Services

Drawing on our experience we can assist Clients in thoroughly testing a system in a systematic and efficient manner, to reduce system life cycle costs. Such testing may be involve utilising offline platforms and tools, or extend to on plant commissioning where:

- We have vast experience and troubleshooting skills and have successfully commissioned plants in a wide variety of industries.
- We approach plant commissioning in a very planned and structured manner so as to minimise commissioning costs and time. Good engineering practices like software configuration management and change control process are followed to ensure a quick and safe start-up of the plant.
- In a validated environment, we are well conversant with regulatory requirements for system qualification through Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ).
 

Training & Consultancy Services

Since we are system independent, we can offer consultancy to the Client on many technical areas relating to the optimum hardware and software design solutions being proffered by System suppliers or integrators. Such service can either be by way of formal review of the Automation proposals with reporting of findings and recommendations, or by involvement earlier in the selection phase providing impartial guidance to the Client and working as part of their project team.

In addition to our project and support services, Chanderely believes that a key factor in implementing a successful project is the delivery of quality training to the relevant personnel.

We can offer Control System training on the Clients site with courses tailored to meet the clients’ specific requirements and delivered to attendees with no, little, or an advanced level of prior knowledge.

In support of the clients’ operational automation plant, Chanderely can provide specialist resources to maintain and optimise current control solutions, advise on options for improvements and act as technical experts during negotiations/discussions with OEMs, regulatory bodies or internal customer/stakeholders.


Project Management

Chanderely can provide a commercially aware project manager who will assume responsibility for managing the project deliverables within the agreed budget and time scales. We are experienced in implementing projects in both the process and manufacturing environments, on new build facilities or where the time constraints involve working in and around plant shutdowns.

Automation projects are actively managed to the client's requirements, meeting cost, quality and project schedules.
